Rise of the emperor swtor

How does that add up? afaik the Storylines take place simultaneously and the Emperor is betrayed by Scourge at the End of Chapter 2 and killed somewhere between Corellia and Illum. The Hand furthermore claims the Voice being the Incarnation to lead, wich is at that time imprisoned on Voss (SI Storyline), wich would mean the JK Storyline Emperor has nothing to do with Valkorion? But I digress. They furthermore claim the Emperor left the known Galaxy Years ago, while at the time the Emperor from the JK Story is still the Incarnation in charge, said so be Valkorion in KOTFE later on. And he is named by two ominous Guys (his Hands IIRC?), who claim the 'sampled the Wrath some time ago', meaning to me they observed the SW for a while before naming him. he is also proclaimed the Emperors Wrath (somewhere during Chapter 2 IIRC). he then explains how he was brought before the Emperor and made his Wrath by the Emperor himself. I'm currently Playing the JK Story and in one dialogue Lord Scourge says about being Wrath 'There only ever was one', meaning himself of course.
