It's really annoying playing the game with just 40 FPS, especially on the higher difficulties like Extreme. I can easily lose well over 10~15 FPS when Stealth is equipped on Snake/Raiden.
One gripe I do have with the game is that when you have Stealth equipped, it causes a massive slowdown in the frame rates.
